Carole Ann Casey thought she was attending a regular staff meeting until she was surprised with her Angel wings as an Angel in Action. 
As Supervisor in Housekeeping Services, Carole Ann oversees the evening housekeeping staff in the Halifax Infirmary, Veterans’ Memorial, Abbie J. Lane, Rehabilitation, and Bethune buildings. Carole Ann was nominated as an Angel by a co-worker who wished to express deep appreciation for her work. “Carole Ann has tremendous people skills and can relate well to a wide range of people. Since I have worked in Housekeeping, I have heard many people say how nice Carole Ann is to work with and I now know how true that is”.
Carole Ann has worked with many individuals during her 15 years in the Housekeeping Department. Roberta Graham, District Manager of Housekeeping, described Carole Ann as “very committed to her evening staff by providing leadership that helps staff offer great services to our clients and patients throughout the health centre”.
