It was one big thank you to the approximately 60 staff of 9B, General Surgery in the Victoria Building who were all named Angels in Action for a second time on December 18, 2009.
"Not only were the nurses excellent at what they did, they also worked incredibly well together as a team. They are a special group of people."
The nominations for this group of caregivers came from patients who wished to express sincere gratitude for the exceptional care received while in the unit. And it was clear during the Angel pinnings that 9B is an exceptional team who take great pride of their unit. Also, in this photo above, is Dr. Jeff Singer, who was named an Angel in Action for his passion and commitment during the care of a patient.
