An enthusiastic crowd of over 900 were taken on a journey of research - one built on hope and fueled by passion - at the 2009 QEII Excellence in Research Gala held on Friday, November 6, 2010 at the Cunard Centre. The Department of Anesthesia at the QEII Health Sciences Centre was the focus of the Gala, with - the people that make recoveries happen and those whose struggles and triumphs drive their work.
This annual Gala recognizes outstanding achievements in health research and the contributions and support received from the corporate community. The QEII Foundation sincerely thanks everyone who supported this Gala.
