Carolyn Murphy may have been surprised when she was presented with her Angel in Action pin, but she was quick to exclaim “this is awesome!”
Carolyn is a registered nurse in the Acute Care Unit 6th floor in Abbie J. Lane. Although she has only been in that particular Unit for a little over a year, her smiling presence has already left a big impact, especially with the anonymous donor who named her an Angel. “I definitely share this pin and recognition with the entire team here on the Unit,” said Carolyn when presented with her Angel pin.
Marie-Claire ‘M-C’ Arseneau, clinical practice leader, 6th floor, Abbie J. Lane, described Carolyn as “a blessing to the Unit. Her well acquired medical skills have been an asset to patients in her care on more than one occasion. She is very deserving of her Angel wings and her colleagues are proud of our new Angel in Action”.
