All staff of 8A and 8B of Bone Marrow Transplant in the Centennial Building are now wearing Angel wings as a result of two family nominations in the Angels in Action program. 
This large group of staff was recognized by the family of a former patient who spent approximately three months in the Unit. “Words cannot express our gratitude for the awesome care and compassion shown to my husband during his care.” In addition, a separate family requested that memorial donations be made in honour of this group of staff as Angels in Action for the exceptional care the Unit showed to their family member.
