In 2006-2007, the QEII Health Sciences Centre cared for approximately 24,598 inpatient admissions and 56,442 emergency visits. There were 323,000 registrations for diagnostic and therapeutic appointments. While these patients have varying medical difficulties, each individual is relying on the best possible treatment and outcome. That is why the QEII Foundation relies on Atlantic Canadians like you for help. All donations are put to use in the area of greatest need or in the area designated by the donor.
 
The QEII Health Sciences Centre is the largest health sciences centre in Atlantic Canada, drawing patients from all corners of the four Atlantic provinces. It provides the entire range of attention, from primary care to the most complex and costly procedures.
