How Do You Get Your Gift Matched by your Employer? Follow these two simple steps:

• Ask your Human Resource Department if your company is a Matching Gift Employer. If they are, ask for a matching gift application form.
• Complete the form and enclose it with your gift. If you have already sent in your gift, complete the form and mail it to the QEII Foundation.

Both your donation and your company’s donation are tax deductible.
